Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays on United States Eastern Time. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All applicable discounts shall be applied at checkout.

Standard Shipping Rates and Expected Delivery Time is listed below for your convenience only. A.SHIMUS LLC does not guarantee the delivery time.

At this time, A.SHIMUS LLC only ships to addresses within the US and US Territories served by our selected third-party carrier. APO/DPO/FPO shipments are currently not available.



Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

A.SHIMUS LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Additionally, all fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

A.SHIMUS LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping Origin
All international orders are shipped directly from Japan. Each order is carefully packed and dispatched from our logistics partner in Tokyo.

Shipping Regions
We currently ship to selected countries in Asia, including but not limited to:
China, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.

Delivery Terms

We ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

Shipping Fees

  • JPY 3,500 flat rate for orders up to 1kg
  • JPY 4,500 flat rate for orders up to 2kg
  • Free international shipping on orders over JPY 60,000 (product total before tax)
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and customs processing time.

Customs & Duties

Please note that international shipments may be subject to inspection by customs authorities. Delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid address by the carrier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

A.SHIMUS LLC will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible at customersupport@a-shimus.live.

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved, if deemed necessary at the sole discretion of A.SHIMUS LLC. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Please allow up to 21 business days for the investigation.
